Laura Tours Barcelona and their freelance tour guides do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, damage or unexpected events that might occur during the tours.

The tour or tours will not be considered as accepted until we have received and processed your full payment.

In case there was an error in the confirmation email is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

In case you need to change the date or time of your tour, we are open to do so but we can not guarantee that it will always be possible since the change will be depending on our availability as well as the admission fees to sites for the new date/time. Be aware that your initial guide might change.

It is compulsory to have a minimum of 1 adult over 18 years old or senior per booking.

Any kind of public transport taken or food and beverages consumed during the tours are not included in the final price unless specified.

Weather conditions: Tours are held rain or shine. Bad weather is not a valid reason to cancel a tour.

In case a tour is jeopardised or impossible due to force majeure, extreme weather events, political disturbances or strikes, tours can be cancelled if we believe it is necessary.

Your guide will pick you up at your Hotel / accommodation if it is located near the sites to be visited on the tour booked.

If the client is late, he/she will lose that time. The customer delay is not refundable, and the tour will end at the agreed time at the time of booking.

During meals on a tour the client must inform the guide of allergies and food intolerances in order to be eligible for assistance when ordering. The customer is fully responsible and Laura Tours Barcelona will never be responsible for any health problems derived from food and consumed / as drinks during a tour.
