These are the Laura Tours Barcelona Cancellation Policies:
- For the private tours it is required a 100% of the payment to confirm the booking.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling petitions must be informed to the following email address: info@lauratoursbarcelona.com.
Depending on the cancellation date we will apply the following refund policy:
- More than four (4) weeks before the date of the tour 100% of the payment will be refunded. Except for admission fees.
- Less than two (2) weeks before the date of the tour 75% of the payment will be refunded. Except for admission fees.
- One (1) week before the tour no refunds will be made.
- Clients who are no-shows (i.e. fail to show up for the tour) will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be sent back to your credit card (if you paid online) unless otherwise agreed with the client. The client will shoulder any costs or commissions required for the refund transfer.
- Special cases: Cancellations by force majeure will be studied in order to reach an agreement.
Weather conditions: Tours are held rain or shine. Bad weather is not a valid reason to cancel a tour. In case a tour is jeopardised or impossible due to force majeure, weather events, political disturbances or strikes, tours can be cancelled if we believe it is necessary.
Cancellations by Laura Tours Barcelona: In the unlikely event that I or one of my guides should cancel a tour, we will always try to find another date/time which goes well with the client. If an agreement is not reached, the amount of the tour will be refunded within 15 working days.
