FAQs

Yes! Montserrat is open to the public all 365 days a year! If you want to experience the Escolania (The Boy’s Choir) or to see the Black Madonna you can request it during the booking process. It requires a reservation and entrance fee. 

Note: The Choir School experience is subject to availability. They sing every day at 1pm except Saturdays and other certain occasions such as school holidays.

This is a 100% walking tour. There is only a little bit of slope to get to the Basilica of Montserrat. Your tour guide will always adapt to your pace and needs.

Absolutely! Montserrat is fully accessible. Let us know in advance to take it into account to adapt to private transportation. 

Montserrat tends to be colder than Barcelona even during the summer season. Please bring comfortable clothing and shoes and a jacket or jumper just in case.
